$WISE Token – A Decentralized Reserve Asset

Fair Launch refers to 100% of the ETH raised during the WISE launch event being used to create the WISE/ETH liquidity pool, and the LP tokens were burned, permanently locking the liquidity.

Launched in 2020, the WISE token is engineered to be one of the most decentralized assets in DeFi:

• No team wallets or insider allocations.

• No ICO or token sale; 100% of the initial supply was distributed through a fair launch via Uniswap.

• Immutable smart contracts with no admin keys or owner privileges.

Tokenomics refers to the quality of the token design, which is a combination of distribution, intrinsic value, inflation, and liquidity. WISE has a well-distributed token with intrinsic value backed by ETH, controlled inflation, and deep liquidity.

WISE is paired with deep ownerless ETH liquidity, creating a price floor and aligning the token's long-term stability with the health of the Ethereum ecosystem. It is not used to inflate user rewards, ensuring that incentives remain sustainable and immune to common hyperinflation issues.

Governance and Revenue Sharing

Admin Power refers to functions in the contracts that admin control. WISE contracts are designed to minimize admin power through immutable contracts and on-chain governance.

WISE's design removes centralized upgrade keys and proxy control. All contract logic is immutable and enforced entirely on-chain. Governance decisions are executed via a DAO that receives 10% of protocol revenue. Any changes to the ecosystem happen only through token-holder proposals and on-chain votes — not multisig interventions or admin calls.

Real Yield refers to how much of the APY is coming from sustainable means, such as transaction fees or staked ETH rewards vs valueless tokens. WISE generates revenue from real economic activity, not token emissions.

The protocol's revenue model is designed to benefit WISE holders. 90% of all platform revenue is used to buy and burn WISE tokens, creating long-term deflationary pressure. The remaining 10% is allocated to the Wise DAO for governance and ecosystem development. This mechanism ensures that increased usage directly contributes to reducing WISE supply and reinforcing value alignment between users and the protocol.

Ecosystem Integration Opportunities

Upgradability refers to whether the code of the contract is "set-in-stone" and unchangeable, or if the admin can upgrade the code at will. WISE uses immutable contracts that cannot be arbitrarily changed.
